Rental Requirements and Authorization

Prior to renting or instruction all customers must provide the same documentation as required for renting RediAir aircraft.

In addition, evidence of tailwheel time should be provided. This is an insurance requirement.

ONLY Myron Lasater will authorize new renters and instructors.

Tennesse Tailwheel LLC does not advance credit.

Please ensure that the following documentation is available. All forms can be downloaded below.

Rental Log in the aircraft.

Log all squawks and incidents in a Squawk Report (in the back of the Rental Log).

Block Time

Block time may be purchased at a rate of $1150 for 10 hours with the 11th hour free. This translates to a rate of $104.55 per hour, a discount of 9.1% over the standard hourly rental rate.

Local EAA Chapter members are afforded a rate of $1100 for 10 hours with the 11th hour free. This translates to a rate of $100.91 per hour, a discount of 12.25% over the standard hourly rental rate.

Add a new customer by clicking the next available Ready # tab below. When highlighted rename as the customer last name (see Example tab).

Ensure that Block Time is recorded accurately. Rates and spreadsheet instructions are in the Block Time Log on the desk computer.
